Minecarts that are on rails will not move when pushed by pistons or being dragged along with slimeblocks,the rail will move but the minecart will stay in the same position,unmoving

The minecarts are not moving with rails that are being pushed by pistons or by slimeblocks,so the minecart will stay in the same location while the rail moves.
