Soul Fire Makes No Sound

When using Flint & Steel on Soul Soil to make Soul Fire it doesn't make any idle burning sounds like the other fire or Campfires.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get Flint & Steel
2. Get Soul Soil
3. Use the Flint & Steel on the Soul Soil and listen for any burning sounds.
(I would recommend doing this in a secluded area where there will be no other noise)

Observed Results:
No sound

Expected Results:
Idle burning sounds like the other fire or Campfires.
