North Ry and Rym wont work

I was trying to make an adventure map and I need to use ry and rym commands for it but when i do /testfor @a [r=4,ry=-158,rym=158] or /testfor @a [r=4,ry=-169,rym=170] they don't work but the ry and rym for south, east and west work [Please Fix This] also I don't know if its like that on any other console besides ps4.

 

If i'm doing the ry and rym wrong please let me know.
