render, texture, movement and sensitivity bugs!

When I play version 1.16.0.53 of Minecraft Bedrock Edition Beta, as soon as I enter the nether there are render, texture bugs and when I try to move it teleports me to where I was before And even if I put the sensitivity to a minimum it is as if it were at the maximum!
