hotbar doesn't fully clear when I try do a quick clear & suggestions

In creative mode on my flat world I tried to cl;ear the hotbar of all items, some items refused to clear and couldn't be sent into my inventory either. To solve this I had to throw them out (Q on a keyboard, down arrow on my xbox controller). It needs fixing asap.

Also a couple of suggestions: to be able to toggle hotbar so there's an option where we can't clear it accidentally. Sometimes I try split items and i've cleared by accident!

Finally: Please bring cave and oceans sounds to bedrock. I miss them so much. Java lags for me too much now.
