I'm having a problem loading into my world.

I'm using the beta and when I try to load into my world it shows a pop up saying "syncing world data" and then it will pop up saying " failed to sync world data, the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. try playing the world on a console where it's in a good state and try migrating it again." please help i don't know how to fix this.
