How To Reproduce:-

Step 1:- Have a stack of basalt.

Step 2:- Be in survival mode.

Step 3:- Craft Polished Basalt through the 2x2 player crafting grid in the inventory/crafting table.

Observed Results:-

The outcome of crafting a Polished Basalt is one block.

Expected Results:-

When crafting Polished Basalt it should give 4 blocks as outcome.
