Bee wing animation is no longer smooth

Whether or not the resource pack is loaded, the bee's wing animation is like falling frames.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a bee and look at its wing animation.

Observed Results:
The wing animation is choppy.

Expected Results:
The wing animation should be smooth.
