When loading the nether beta on bedrock newly loaded chunks in the nether are disappearing creating abysses of nothing.

when loading new chunks in the nether my previously explored chunks prior to the beta remain intact, however new chunks I’ve loaded using the beta are not all intact with the new nether features like they are supposed to be. There are huge portions of the nether that are cut out creating a giant abyss.
