PureBDCraft purchase

I started out with an error -9 that said something about my marketplace account had an error.  I got it a couple times, then I reset the Minecraft app.  It started up, I signed in, and I went to load my favorite texture pack(PureBDCraft) and it wasn't in my list of global resources.  I checked in the marketplace and it's asking me to buy it again.  Why?  I already bought it.

 

I see other texture packs I've bought before in there, but not PureBDCraft.
