Mobs on fire glitch

Only one mob can show the fire effect at a time.

What I expected to happen was:
For every mob to have fire on them.

What actually happened was:
Only one mob was able to have fire at a time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lead at least 2 zombies to the sunlight at the same time.
2. Look at the zombies while they're burning.
