Problems with Minecraft Education Edition

I have a world with "experimental resources" and "education edition". I tried to craft the underwater torch and it doesn't appear in the crafted item box (like in the pic). I tried to craft another item of education edition, the underwater tnt, and it crafts. In another world, I tried to craft the underwater torch and I did it. This first world is in survival, the second is creative, but I put the first one in creative and nothing changes. By the way, I can't copy the survival world, when I try the game show me a error message. I don't use any add-on or mod, just a textute pack.
