Can't type some charaktees

You can't type charakters like §, €, ¿ and more. It is possible to type them in on other devices (Android, iOS). You can type in these charakters in other apps or in the messages. When you type in these charakters they appear invisible and if you open the text field with these letters on an other device these letters are (i think) chinese charakters.
