Baby Zombies (Possible other hostile mobs or baby variations) can open doors.

My friend witnessed a baby zombie open a door. I thought it was a bug so I searched for it here. It might be the reason why villagers keep 'disappearing'. My friend said the baby zombie killed a villager. It didn't transform into a zombie; just died. Though I think that's just a chance they die.
