Game crashed after thrown tiredents resaulted in deleted shulker box from ender chest

Hey, 
 
Just had my bedrock game crash after throwing a handful of tridents into my world, then rode a bubble elevator up and my game crashed during that ride. After logging back on my 1st shulker box in my ender chest slot had been deleted somehow. I play on the Nintendo switch if that helps any.
