Shaders don't work!

I search up on youtube "How to download shaders." and as I do search that up, I do follow the steps as I try to use shaders. I do the things that I'm told and I don't see the shaders at all! I only just see vanilla Minecraft, and I've searched up on youtube too! Yet, it shows like 3 of them, and none of them worked, while the rest are for Java, as I use Bedrock. I'm currently trying to use the Source Reload Shaders (Windows 10) which doesn't work! Please send help!
