Some Nether Update related blocks, items and entities have different textures compared to Java Edition

Relates to MCPE-53547. Most of the nether update features have different textures compared to Java Edition's.

• Weeping Vines (Red color does not match the color of the other blocks in the crimson forest. The correct texture files have been added in 1.17.0, but with the incorrect names)
• Nether Wart Block (Texture not updated to match 20w06a)
• Nether Sprouts (Uses texture of 20w06a to 20w09a) ^{Fixed in 1.16.0.59}
• Striders (Eyes are placed one pixel higher when they are cold; see gif.)
• Chiseled Nether Bricks (Uses the 20w15a texture. In 20w16a the texture now resembles this reddit post) ^{Fixed in 1.16.0.63}
• Quartz Bricks (Uses the 20w15a texture. In 20w16a of Java Edition, it resembles this reddit post) ^{Fixed in 1.16.0.63}
• Zombified Piglin (-Still has hooves; see MC-174537 and loincloth is not mirrored)
• Hoglin and Zoglin (Separate tusk textures MC-189256)
• Netherite Sword, Pickaxe, Axe & Hoe ^{Fixed in 1.17.10.20}
