Duplicated inventory after dying on NETHER UPDATE BETA!

I died in a bamboo forest, and then after coming back to get back my stuff, everything was duplicated (including the enchanted items). So, for example, I had 1 diamond pickaxe  with 3 different enchantments, and now there were two.
