Friend keeps getting kicked off realm

My friend keeps getting kicked off our realm. I even bought a new realm, he switches consoles to a different Switch (he has two). It is really annoying and keeps happening. He tested his internet and it was super fast. I am happy to give more details. The realm is called Realm BOY and his username is ShoweryMedusa66. My username is scaus69. Please help it is so annoying
