When a nest is on a tree bees don't spawn/get out from the nest.

So I made a survival world, and I was growing trees sometimes they didn't have nests,
and sometimes they had. When they had nests bees wouldn't spawn or get out of the nest. So please if you see and if you can please fix this bug.
