I placed 6 blocks of TNT down together, Hit one with flint and steel, Only one blew up, All of it should of blown up

I had placed 6 blocks of TNT down next to each other and on top of each other. I hit the top block of TNT with the flint and steel, and only that one block blew up, When normally the whole lot should blow up.
