Pressure Plate KILL

If I exit the game when stepping on a pressure plate ,I will be killed the next time I load this world. And all of my items will be lost forever(I can't find them where I died.)

THIS ISSUE IS REPORDUCIBLE (everytime exactly）

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a  pressure plate 
2. Stand on it
3. Save and Quit

4. reload the world

5.You died and lost everyting with you.
