In China, two Android phones can't remotely connect with Xbox account

The two Android phones are connected remotely with friends through Xbox accounts. The room can be seen but cannot be accessed. We have also tried to switch networks, but the result is still the same, they both display "Connecting to a multiplayer game" first. Then after a minute or two, "Cannot connect to the world" is displayed, hope to be resolved
