No particles in the nether biomes and less magma cube spawn rate and bugs in the nether biome fog

The nether biomes have particles but sometimes it doesn't

Magma cubes spawn is so less making them rare

While using a shader the fog turns like This

When drinking a night vison potion and then the effect finish everything turn black and the biome fog doesn't blend fast enough
