The game loads very slow

The game loads very slow it takes me about 20 minutes or more just to make a new world and about 60 or more just to log into my world.
and the account always showed with error code with -9.
I always need to waitng about up to 60mins or next days then loading done .
i have try anything i can do, restart, reinstall, log out and log in.

I worry if I format the Handdisk from PS4, The SAVE will be loss. So i cannot do this.

Can you please check and advise what going on for the game or my account? I really hope you can reply me, this issue is over one week.

And i'm not sure when I connect to my friend world, Inside the world isn't my friend, in another people i don't know.
After a check with my friend, He's say he haven't opening the game.
