Skeleton's weapons spawn incorrectly.

In the Nether, as far as I've seen, Skeletons have been spawning with either nothing in their weapon hands. In another case, a skeleton spawned with (and dropped) a stone sword in the Nether Fortress (I know it wasn't a Wither Skeleton for not being a darkwer mob). In both cases, however, Skeletons attack with arrows, despite not having a bow.
