Game and system crash when hit by wolf in corner

Getting hit by a hostile wolf while stuck in a corner quickly causes the game to crash, and if it is not closed fast enough, the entire system will freeze, requiring a system restart. This was tested and reproduced multiple times on both Windows 10 and Xbox.

Reproduction steps:

1. Create a simple corner shape 
2. Stand in corner
3. Spawn in a wolf
4. Attack wolf to make it hostile
5. Let wolf hit you while staying in the corner

The game should soon enough freeze up, shortly followed by the PC/Xbox. If multiple people are present on a server, only the host's system will freeze.
