Souls Soil is being mined at normal (not fast) speed with a shovel.

Soul Soil isn't mined any faster using a shovel than using any other item to mine it. In Java edition, Soul Soil can be mined faster with a shovel. Otherwise, soul soil is still functional. Anyways, thanks for reading my report and have a nice day!
