Old Maps were a lot laggier than new maps

My 1.9~ Map used to run well on higher versions like 1.10 and 1.11

 

But in 1.12 and further, my old maps have very intense lag like FPS are much worse than my new 1.13~ maps

 

Old maps also has glitches, like grass color corruption, chunk disappearing lag, entity misplacing and cloud distortion, not sure what's the cause of this instense lag

 

New created/newer maps don't have these glitches at all

 

(I can only show a 5 sec. video because my screen recorder was too hd and takes a lot of MB)

 Only 2 of these worlds have the glitch
