Cactus Bug

*What I expected to happen was....:the cactus when grown next to a block it will pop off

*What actually happened was...:the cactus block stayed there and didn't pop off next to the block

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a cactus block on sand
2. place any block next to the cactus block but one block above it
3. wait for the cactus to grow and the bug will appear
