When I connect to a sever and then disconnect and then reconnect back to the sever every thing I have turns to 99+

It first happened when I joined my sisters game she gave me a cart so I can go on the track and when I left the game and came back on I had 99+ of them so she gave me a diamond block to see if it would do it again and it did
