Texture pack in Minecraft store bugged

My realms subscription expired and removed the ChromaHills pack from it. I since then have renewed my realms and noticed it's stuck with the download bar on the screen. When I open it in the store it never finishes loading the info for me to be able to buy it. Looks the same on Xbox One and windows 10
