Screen shaking

Whenever I enter new biomes in the nether, my screen starts shaking.. even in water. This needs to be fixed cause I want to explore the nether more. 

This bug is happening in the new beta release 1.16.0.51. this also happens in survival & creative

Please Mojang fix this.
