Nether update

Good evening from the Philippines. 
I just want you to know, I experienced glitchy and flickering screen when I went underwater. Also the ghast spawn rate in the nether is high. Sometimes they'll de-spawn when I'm fighting them.
 
Can you fix it in the future updates? Thank you very much! 😁😁
