Empty Locater Map Cannot Be Moved From The Player Inventory.

The Summary:-

The Empty Locator Map cannot be moved from the player inventory.

How To Reproduce:-

Step 1:- Get A Stack Of Empty Locator Map.

Step 2:- Place it in the First Slot of the player inventory.

Step 3:- Now move the Empty Locator Map to another Slot.

Observed Results:-

The Empty Locator Map does not move from the spot where it is first placed.

Expected Results:-

It should move to the other slot.
