biomes and feature/feature rules possibly not working correctl in newest nether snapshot

I recently installed the newest minecraft beta and tested to see if my addon worked, everything worked a part from biome generation and features/feature rules (errors below.)

I am not sure if there is a new format but the errors seem to be pointing to a bug, thank for taking your time to read this.
