None of the new sounds listed in the changelog were added

In the changelog for the new beta, it said this:

Updated block sounds for Bone Blocks, Netherrack, Soul Sand, Netherwart, Nether Bricks and Quartz Ore

However, none of these sounds were added in the beta.

None of the new 1.16 blocks have the new sounds either.
