The marketplace not updating texture pacts

I was going through the market place when i noticed that i needed to update my texture pacts, when i pressed update it didn't update, this happened with all of the texture pacts that needed to update. Its been happening recently 

 

I pressed the update button, it should've updated

 

Instead it didn't update

 

1.Go to marketplace (specifically your packs)

 

2.go to a texture pack that needs to update

 

3.press the update button

 

4.note that it doesn't update, how do i get it to update?
