Earth keeps glitching out when coming out of realm

I had two portals open on my world ( I tried to delete the one that was causing most of the issue but when I did and go back to the little portal, it sent me back to the original big portal spot that I deleted). Every time that I came out of the bigger portal (now deleted) It keeps deleted chunks from the world, mainly around the area where we are building buildings and snow land.
