Bugs, updates and connections

Hello there mojang. I am play minecraft on xbox one and the Nintendo switch lite. On xbox one I play in the beta test. On the Nintendo  switch lite I just play normaly. On my switch I can not update my packs that I have bought. The game lags to the point that you get disconnected and cannot reload your works for almost 15 minutes. The skins I use and save keep disappearing  and I'm back to default skin and it's annoying when you spend money and cant even use the texture packs or the skins you've bought. Please have a look at this and fix the problem if you can.
