Blocks being broken and remaining invisible until the space was interacted with again

I was farming wheat when i noticed i didn't have as much wheat as i should, so i went back, planted seeds and fully formed wheat appeared on some tiles as unbroken even though i already broke them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a 10x10 farm plot.
2. Plant wheat seeds.
3. Wait for the wheat seeds to fully grow (Set the randomtickspeed to a high number to speed up the process and set it back to default when done).
4. Harvest the wheat.
5. Replant the wheat seeds.
