Entering servers freeze my phone.

When I load minecraft, it is fine, yet when I attempt to join a server, such as Hypixel or the hive, it simply freezes and nothing happens. What do I do? Plus, I’m not sure what to put into ‘affected versions’ because iOS 13.3.1 and Minecraft 1.14.30 isn’t valid.
