Player animations play at the wrong speed while riding an entity
Animations play at the wrong speed when a player is riding another entity. This is only seen on multiplayer, as a player's own animations play correctly.
I have added a simple looping animation to the player entity & recorded a short clip on my Windows 10 device of another player from another device (Samsung Galaxy S10) riding a minecart and a boat, his animation being sped up inconsistently in both cases.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a multiplayer world
- Have a second player join the world
- Have Player 2 ride an entity
- Have Player 2 punch the air, eat food, or use a bow
- Observe the speed of the animations
Observed Results:
Player 2's animations are sped up.
Expected Results:
Player 2's animations should play at the same speed as when they are not riding an entity.
