if you build a house with a roof just beneath the clouds! clouds appear inside the house

So I built my house on this huge mountain!the roof just about touched the clouds! I didn't mind! But when I went inside and looked at the roof! Clouds appeared on my top screen! Every time a cloud Flies on top if my house! That happens
