Account Error Number 9 and application closes/crashes suddenly

When I was going to log into MCBE the app was oddly uninstalled so I reinstalled it, when I tried to get to the main menu I get the account error number 9 message and the app would suddenly close/crash. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app several times with no luck....Please fix this....
