Skin Editor Not Loading Clothing

When I loaded into Minecraft my skins got reset and I couldn't get my clothing equipped again because it wouldn't let me scroll down. I also lost all of my items I bought (Which was fixed after restarting the game). Now I can't re-equip my stuff.
