Game bug my existance

When I died I appeared with many state effects that make me unable to do anything. I kill myself with commands cause Any Mob cant. Neither drown or fell into lava. I dont know whats going on or what to do. I created a new world and it worked but this bug came again in the new one and... Is anoying. Please help
