Most Bees don't come out of the hives when it is daytime

Most Bees Are Not Coming Out Of The Hives Of Nest At All. There Was Not Many Bees In The Whole Farm. Most Of The Bees Were Still In The Hives And The Nests. The Bees Start Coming Of The Hives Slowy. So What I Have To Do Is Use A Bottle Of Shears To Get The Honey And The Bees Fainaly Came Out. And They Went Back Into The Hives Again For No Reason And Take A Long Time To Come Out. They Have Nothing To Deposit. It Was Not Raining, Nightime, Or Withers In The Area.
