Cellular data Multiplayer Bug

For some reason I can Host my worlds on my phone using Cellular data like before i was able befor and now just cant its been like this ever seens Buzzy Bees 1.14 Update and it still is in the curent 1.14.30. I added profe that i was able to but no more. I had this problem years ago and got fixed so I gues its the same problem.
