Only red carpet in survival

When you are in survival mode, you cannot craft any carpets except red. There are no 'slots' on display in the crafting menu of any carpet except red

There should be all types of carpets on the menu

1. In survival go into the crafting bench menu.
2. Look through the entire menu- there are no carpets but red.
